Arrive by Car
Minneapolis, Minnesota is located approximately 400 miles (656 kilometers) northwest of Chicago, Illinois, directly off of Interstate 94 just west of the city of St. Paul. 

Arrive by Airline
Flights are available to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (Code=MSP) from all parts of the world. Delta (www.delta.com) and Northwest Airlines (www.nwa.com) are the major airlines in the Twin Cities but service is also available from Sun Country, Southwest, Continental, USAir and many other major airlines. 

The airport has two terminals. The Lindbergh Terminal is the main terminal and services Delta, Northwest and many of the other major airlines. The Humphrey Terminal is the smaller of the two and services the following airlines: Sun Country, Air Tran, Icelandair and Sun Country.

From the Airport to the Marquette Hotel

Super Shuttle: Reservations should be made in advance to utilize the services of the Super Shuttle. The cost per person is $16 one way from the airport to the hotel in downtown Minneapolis. A private van for up to ten guests may be reserved for $85. The private van is the best deal if you have six or more people traveling together. Light Rail Train: The Light-Rail Train departs from the airport approximately every 15 minutes and will drop you off 2.5 blocks from the hotel. More information on the Light-Rail is available at www.metrotransit.org/rail

Cabs: Cabs are readily available at the airport for transportation to the hotel. Please check with the driver for an estimate of the one-way fare. Fares as of November 2009 are approximately $32 one-way.
