Registrations are currently being accepted for the 2010 Rebild National Park Society Annual Meeting and Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. If you plan to attend we ask that you register and make hotel reservations as early as possible. The original hotel room block has been fully reserved, however, The Marquette has a very limited number of rooms still available as of March 1, 2010.

Due to the higher than expected turn-out, it is also recommended that you submit your registration form and payment as soon as possible. Registration reservations for tours and events received on or after March 20, 2010, are not guaranteed and will be accepted only if space is available. The Dine-A-Round and Friday tour are both filling quickly up quickly, as is the Friday night "Jazz on the Mississippi" event.

Tour and event cancellations received from March 20, 2010 to April 10, 2010 will be refunded at a rate of 75%. After April 10, 2010, the amount of the refund will be further reduced and will vary by tour/event depending upon ability of the Upper Midwest Chapter to make refundable cancellations. The registration fee portion is 100% non-refundable. 

Cancellations received before March 20th are fully refundable with the exception of the registration fee, which is 100% non-refundable. 

The cancellation of hotel rooms must be made by the individual directly through the hotel a minimum of 72 hours in advance to avoid charges.
